Solera Realty L.L.C. was founded in December 2025 by Ramit and Rohit Sur, two Dubai-born entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to build something different in the city's crowded real estate market: a brokerage led by people who actually grew up here.
Operations launched on June 1, 2026, from our office at BMI Building in Bur Dubai, and we've been building steadily ever since—true to the solera aging method our name is drawn from, where quality comes from patience, not speed.
