Our Story
Solera Realty L.L.C. was founded in December 2025 by Ramit and Rohit Sur, two Dubai-born entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to build something different in the city's crowded real estate market: a brokerage led by people who actually grew up here.
Operations launched on June 1, 2026, from our office at BMI Building in Bur Dubai, and we've been building steadily ever since — true to the solera aging method our name is drawn from, where quality comes from patience, not speed.

We operate across Dubai, specializing in both off-plan and secondary market transactions. Our founders bring direct relationships with the city's leading developers — Ramit's portfolio spans DAMAC, Ellington, Binghatti, Imtiaz, and Danube, while Rohit covers Select Group, DHRE, Sobha, Azizi, and Aldar — giving clients access to a wide, vetted range of opportunities across Dubai's most sought-after communities.
Our Team
As a bootstrapped, founder-led operation, Solera is built lean and hands-on. Ramit and Rohit remain personally involved in strategy, sales, and client relationships, supported by a growing in-house team handling operations and marketing.
